I have always liked to ride around and look at property in my spare time growing up.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I work for myself. I make the rules. I can discount the commission when needed to make a deal work or try to help a buyer or seller.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. One day I might expand and hire other agents.

I work from home. Most of the searches buyer and sellers can do online. There has not been a real need for an office. Any meetings are at the properties, attorneys office or my relocation company I have an office with meeting spaces...which I have met customers here several times in Clemmons.
What type of payments do you accept?
Mostly check or cash. I have bartered my services before.
Which areas do you service?
Forsyth County and Davie County. Mostly Winston-Salem areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do, Chad Stewart.
What are your hours of operation?
Anytime my cell phone is charged, I'm open.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they were happy with the deal. I know almost all my deals my buyers and sellers got a good deal based on the outcome and how I do my real estate. I have always showed a discount to my clients.
